I am candler too and offer some Fragrance Oils threw my store at reasonable prices feel free to take a look at my store ( See Link Below) but I don’t offer full kits so hopefully the link above will be able to help you. Also do a net search for wholesale candle supplies and you may be able to find some suppliers close to your location to help save on shipping costs.
